I like textbooks! (chap 4)

Textbooks, textbooks, textbooks.

Yeah, I don't like the online versions. Not at all. You can't write in them, it still costs a million dollars to print them out (a bit of an exaggeration but it works), you have to have your computer to access it, theres always the annoying process of getting it to work, and you still have to go to the bookstore to purchase the little piece of paper that has some numbers on it! I understand that they are trying to save us money, but I'd rather not sacrifice my grade for some extra money. I need to be able to highlight and comment to make it process in my brain, so the online versions don't work very well with my personal learning process.

Recently I read a short book online and as it was still enjoyable I didn't enjoy it as much as I think I would have if it was a tangible, paper book. It was the version the other version of Twilight from the perspective of Edward instead of Bella (I'm sure tons of people have read it), I still enjoyed it but I like how I own the other books and have them in my permanent collection. I had to sit there and scroll down the page every so often, and I had to wait for my computer to load if it was off. It just wasn't convenient. I really like being able to hold the book. Also, if I purchase my leisure reading book there is some satisfaction in owning the book and being able to refer to it or read it again in your own time sometime in the future.
