AdWeek Notes

I was reading over my notes yesterday from AdWeek, and I must say, they are awesome.

Here's just some bits of what I wrote. (I wrote it, didn't necessarily say it, just wrote it down)

Oh, and everything will be in quotations since I don't know if it's a quote or I just thought about it, who knows.

"The power of a great idea has never changed."

"We don't try to reach consumers, we try to give them something they will share."

"Never confuse activity with achievement."

"Failure in the pursuit of excellence is always tolerated. Failure in the pursuit of mediocrity is not acceptable."

"One way to get consumers attention is to find the giant white space - and whispering. If you can't find a space, pioneer one."

"Honesty is always something to consider."

"Break the mold, create a movement, find something that people want to be a part of."

"Everyone is looking at the same dots, it's just how you connect them that is different."

I have loads more notes, but those just all stuck out to me.
