Not really sure what is happening in this spot. One second Bieber is flying in the sky, then the next he's attempting to kiss a girls next, and the next second he's flying around that same girl! Also, as strange as it is that Bieber made a perfume - I actually think i'ts genious! His core of followers are girls.
