My Future Digs.

As you all know by now, I will be moving to Manhattan in April. I will be making my debut, spreading my wings, climbing the ladder, etc, etc. And as I've already established to my friends on twitter - I'm high maintenance (see below). I highly anticipate one day using my "corporate climbing" goodie bags (aka: monies) to purchase some sweet place of residence. 

Considering quality real estate is hard to come by I must start now, and prepare for the day when the goodie bags come. So I scoped out some places, and this by far, is top on my list.

Out of control, right? No. With some extreme reconstruction and replacement of images in the bathroom, this ginormicous home of 10,911 sq ft holds a lot of potentional. And hey! It's only on the market for $28 million.
